"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!! I have been with State Farm for almost 4 years and everything was well until I got a new car. After getting this car and adding it to my policy, I have had nothing but problems. For over a year I have been getting over charged for payments, the company was adding and removing my current car and old car (that I no longer have), received random unjustified payments, frequent adjustments to my account that we’re unjustified as well, many phone calls with corporate that went no where, was constantly undermined when I stated my concerns, I had to make phone calls EVERY MONTH because the company LACKED responding to my calls or following up with me and they unjustly removed all of my discounts that I had had for 3 years now. In this year, I have been told, time and time again that corporate was handling all of the issues on my account and to not worry. In this time, Ron stated I will have to call in for my monthly payments and he will manually charge me for what my bill SHOULD be. This was SUPPOSED to be a temporary thing until corporate fixed these issues and refunded my money. After months of asking what was happening with my account I became frustrated and told Ron this is beyond ridiculous and needs to be fixed now. Ron responded by telling me “If I were you, I would have left state farm a long time ago”. Shortly after this my account was deactivated and I was removed from State Farm without any notification, phone call, email, NOTHING. I found this out on my own days later when I went into my app and saw my policy was gone. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. After a ENTIRE YEAR of dealing with new problems every week and being BEYOND patient I was removed without any compensation for my time and money. DO NOT GO HERE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!"

Recently my wife was in an auto accident which sent her to the hospital for four days and the billing was complicated. Rich and his staff were great. Took care of everything. Ditto the people at State Farm headquarters. I highly recommended State Farm insurance, and this office in particular."
